Part of keeping our community a great place to live is enforcing the restrictions we all agreed to when we purchased our homes in Middle Plantation. This is to remind all of us that we agreed to these restrictions and it is a convenient place to review them.

Seemingly minor things like fence and outbuilding additions are covered so before you drive the first nail, get in touch with Joe Wharton from the Architectural Review Committee.
